Personal Data Processed on Our Website: According to Article 6 of the PDPL titled "Conditions for processing special categories of personal data", racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical beliefs, religious, sectarian or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership in associations, foundations, or unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, and biometric and genetic data are special categories of personal data. To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Data Can be Transferred: During your visit to our website, your personal data collected will be transferred to third-party data processors assisting us, courts and all judicial authorities, central and other third parties, representatives authorized by you, attorneys you have delegated for related matters, third parties from whom we receive consultancy, regulatory and supervisory bodies, official authorities, and our business partners with whom we collaborate to enhance or conduct health services as per the purposes stated above, limited within the framework of Article 8 and 9 of PDPL.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data: Your personal data is collected by our clinic through various channels like websites, mobile applications, and physical channels, using both automated and non-automated methods, in written or electronic form; based on legal reasons arising from applicable legislation, contracts, requests, and the principles of good faith for introducing and offering our services and conducting our operations. Personal data collected with this legal reason can be processed and transferred within the scope of Article 5 of PDPL and for purposes stated in sections (c) and (d) of this Disclosure Text.
f. Rights of the Personal Data Owner as Specified in Article 11 of PDPL: Should you convey your requests regarding your rights to us, we will conclude your request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on its nature. However, if the transaction incurs an additional cost, a fee will be charged as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners have the rights to:
